We use the PEMF bed over a massage table with blankets and pillows to support and comfort you. We also use special music that helps to align the left and right side of the brain as well as special lighting. During a session, you may feel some warmth or tingling which is your body responding to the more aligned frequency it's used to (1-8 Hz). You will have the ability to select up to 3 programs in 1 session from a list of 284 programs. Depending on what you need to work on the most will determine which program(s) is best suited to you.
