Laurie Peel, Tai Chi, QiGong, Reiki Master
Laurie has a special interest in bio-energetic wellness and helps women with low energy find vitality, confidence and empowerment. Her great passion is to help women feel comfortable in the body they’re living in. Having overcome chronic low energy in her own life, Laurie is excited to share her journey with others through her “Roadmap to Resiliency” program. In this one-of-a-kind program she teaches a unique combination of Qi Gong and Energy Boosting techniques that revive and rejuvenate your energy.
A holistic practitioner for more than 10 years, Laurie is a licensed Muscle Tuner®Specialist. She is also certified in Biodynamic Craniosacral, and is a Master in Usui and Tibetan Reiki. A session with Laurie will bring balance to your whole body and improve your overall well being.
A dedicated student and teacher of Taoist Tai Chi and QiGong with over 15 years experience, Laurie also offers beginner Taoist style QiGong classes.

Katee Lue, Yoga Instructor
Katee Lue is a yoga instructor and yoga therapist. She has been practicing yoga for 10 years. Yoga (whether it is asana movement practice, breathing or meditation, is a part of her daily routine).
She earned her 200 hour certification at Lifeline Power Yoga (now 4 Warriors Yoga) in Baltimore, Maryland in 2010 after graduating from Towson University as a Division 1 volleyball player.
In 2013 she earned her 500 hour teacher training certificate and 300 hour yoga therapy certificate from Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences and Research in Indore, India.
Yoga for Katee is a way to connect with the higher self. It relieves stress and tension in the body and provides tools for reaching higher consciousness.
In her class you will be taken through a series of postures, breathing exercises and meditations that will help you cleanse your body and mind of impurities and connect with your perfect inner radiance and power.
Katee holds classes Monday-Friday morning between 10-11 am. She offers both Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga classes. You can find out more at our Workshops and Events page. You can also book an appointment with Katee for an individual session.
Vinyasa: In this 60 minute class you will connect your body, mind and breath through classic yoga postures, designed to open the chakras, cleanse the aura and strengthen your life force. Enjoy power poses, balancing poses, backbends, restorative poses and relaxation. Leave feeling renewed and empowered.
Gentle Yoga: Improve your mobility in this 60 minute gentle yoga class. Your body will be taken through light yoga postures designed to improve balance, blood flow and mobility by opening up the hips, low back, shoulders and neck. This is an all levels class and especially beneficially for anyone suffering from movement problems.
